How is my item shipped?
Depending on whether the wig is shipped by us or must be dropped shipped from the supplier, it will be sent USPS priority mail, USPS First Class International or UPS ground.
98% of all U.S. packages are shipped priority mail.
Most international packages are shipped first class mail international (2-4 week delivery) but may also be sent international priority if the wig is small enough. Please ask if you're not sure.

Is there Tracking Available?
USPS only offers tracking on Express Mail items. Priority Mail comes with delivery confirmation, but that means it is only scanned at the time of delivery and is not trackable.
Wigs are non-refundable, which is industry standard for health code reasons, unless the wig is significantly different than described or you receive the wrong wig in error. An insurance claim will be filed for any wig not received or damaged in transit. All packaging MUST be maintained, and you must report damage within 24 hours of receipt. USPS insurance may require a time limit for filing a claim on lost packages (sometimes up to 120 days for foreign countries), so please be patient. 99% of the time, the wigs do show up and have sometimes been slowed by customs.
All emails are answered as fast as possible, usually within hours. This is a small, family-operated business, so prompt and friendly email correspondence is very important to us. We do appreciate you reading all of our policies and the auction thoroughly before asking questions as many times, answers are right here. :)
